Would you like to work in support of the technology that keeps the entire operation running? As a Service Technician in Veldhoven, you make sure automated warehouse systems, conveyor systems and intralogistics installations keep working reliably. A technical fault here means more than a machine briefly stopping. That is why we are looking for a technician who quickly spots problems, acts decisively and looks beyond a temporary fix.
What will you do?
As a Service Technician, you will work in a complex high-tech environment with automated storage and transport systems. You will carry out maintenance, analyse technical faults and make sure logistics processes keep running safely and with as little disruption as possible. Your responsibilities will include: - Maintaining electrical, mechanical and pneumatic installations; - Detecting, analysing and solving technical faults; - Carrying out inspections, tests and preventive maintenance; - Performing corrective and predictive maintenance; - Reading and applying technical diagrams, schematics and assembly drawings; - Documenting maintenance activities and technical findings accurately; - Working according to applicable safety, quality and SLA requirements; - Coordinating with colleagues, suppliers and other stakeholders; - Identifying recurring issues and suggesting long-term improvements.
You will have the freedom to make independent decisions. If you see that a component keeps failing or that a maintenance process can be improved, you are expected to raise it and help work towards a structural solution. Functie-eisen
