About this vacancy
For a client active in underground infrastructure, we are looking for a work preparer who is energized by projects like the remediation of gas and water pipelines. You will collaborate with a close-knit team on great projects in the Apeldoorn-Zwolle region, at an organization that excels in the civil engineering aspect of the work. As a work preparer, you are the crucial link between planning and execution. You ensure flawless preparation and work closely with the project leader and executor to achieve safe and efficient execution.
Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing, recording, and exchanging project data; - Determining the required materials and ordering them on time; creating and managing documentation and reports; - Further developing designs with the team to achieve executable and efficient results; monitoring the progress and quality of project administration; - Checking established data and aligning them with project reports; - Contributing ideas to improve project control and administrative processes.
You ensure that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly, so the team on-site can build with confidence.
What we expect from you - MBO working and thinking level; - A few years of experience in a similar role; - Experience with projects involving water and/or gas pipelines; Proficiency with MS Office and related so...
