One retailer installed the Avocado and tracked the impact over two months. For them, the results were clear: avocado sales increased by 25%, corrected for any marketing effects running in parallel. Before installation, avocados appeared in 1.7% of all shopping carts. That number went up to 2.3% after the scanner went live.
