What will you do?
As an oven operator at Biscuit International in Bergambacht you will make sure that the cookies come out of the oven perfectly baked. You operate and adjust the ovens, monitor the baking process and intervene if something goes wrong.
Your duties include: - Set up and operate ovens according to recipe and specification - Control the baking process and make adjustments as needed - Fix minor malfunctions and identify larger problems - Oversee quality and compliance with HACCP and safety regulations - Keeping equipment and workplace clean - Participate in improvement projects and working groups
