Would you like to work as a TIG Welder on high-quality stainless steel piping for the high-tech industry and contribute to technology for an ASML supplier?
This is a great opportunity to put your welding skills to work in a modern workshop. You will work on technically advanced stainless steel piping and constructions where precision, quality and reliability are essential.
As an experienced TIG Welder, you will independently work on a variety of technical custom-made solutions. You will work from technical and 3D drawings and ensure that every product meets strict quality requirements and tolerances.
What will you do?
As a TIG Welder - Stainless Steel Piping, you will be responsible for assembling, tack welding and final welding of stainless steel piping and constructions.
Your responsibilities will include: - TIG welding stainless steel tubes with diameters ranging from 10 to 100 mm ; - Working with wall thicknesses from 1 to 3 mm ; - Welding according to established standards and technical drawings; - Working with a maximum tolerance of 1 mm ; - Purging stainless steel piping by displacing oxygen during welding; - Full-penetration welding of stainless steel pipes and components; - Assembling and tack welding tube and box-section constructions; - Clamping and accurately aligning products before welding; - Reading and applying technical and 3D drawings; - Performing basic turning and milling work; - Machining and cutting various tube materials using sawing machines.
You will work on products where precision and quality down to the millimetre are essential . This is not standard production work, but technical customisation where your craftsmanship is directly visible in the final product.
