Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing ERP Deployment Lead to oversee the successful implementation of a new ERP system at several factory locations. The role involves coordinating change activities, managing stakeholder engagement, and ensuring that the deployment is executed smoothly within the set timeline.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of deployment readiness for the site, ensuring all activities are coordinated effectively.
- Act as the primary point of contact for deployment activities across multiple workstreams including manufacturing, maintenance, quality, planning, R&D, and financial processes.
- Drive testing, training, and cutover activities to ensure a smooth transition.
- Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the deployment process.
- Maintain close alignment with site teams and leadership to facilitate seamless implementation.
- Collaborate with IT teams, external partners, and process owners to deliver on project goals.
- Lead change management efforts on the shop floor, engaging employees and stakeholders to foster acceptance and adoption of the new ERP system.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in supply chain projects, ERP implementation, or business transformation.
- Proven track record with SAP deployments or similar large-scale systems.
- Manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
