For the Methods & Maintenance team, we are looking for an experienced professional who can connect warehouse operations, process engineering, data and technology.What are you going to do?
As a Warehouse Process Engineer, you are responsible for designing, optimizing and safeguarding warehouse processes to ensure efficient and reliable operations.

You will analyze processes across inbound, storage, picking, packing and shipping, identify bottlenecks and translate data and operational insights into practical improvements. Your focus will be on increasing throughput, service levels, efficiency and reliability while reducing costs.

The position also plays an important role in continuous improvement, digitalization and cybersecurity awareness within the warehouse. You will work with both physical and digital warehouse systems, including WMS/WCS, automation and IoT devices.

Your main responsibilities include:

Analyzing, designing and optimizing warehouse processes across inbound, storage, picking, packing and shipping
Identifying bottlenecks and implementing process improvements to increase throughput, service levels, cost efficiency and overall performance
Leading continuous improvement initiatives using structured project management tools
Defining and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
Collecting and analyzing operational data to support decision-making and improveme
