Role Description
The Customer Support and Sales Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative and operational tasks. This position requires a proactive individual who is detail-oriented and organized, helping ensure smooth communication between customers and internal departments.
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through order entry.
- Maintain and update customer and product information in the ERP system.
- Prepare sales reports, quotations, and other commercial documentation.
- Support the sales team with daily administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with departments such as Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Logistics to ensure seamless order processing.
- Monitor order statuses and follow up on customer inquiries or requests.
- Assist with general sales administration and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Requirements
- Experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.
- Organized, accurate, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is a plus.
- Good command of the English language; knowledge of Dutch or other European languages is advantageous.
