AR/AP Specialist | Utrecht Region | Interim Summary
For our client within e-commerce we are looking for an Interim AP/AR Specialist. Utrecht Region | Start beginning of September | 32 - 40 h.p.w. | 3 months with possibility of extension | Hybrid | Hourly rate i.c.. The role
You will be responsible for the accounts receivable and accounts payable administration for over 15K+ clients, distributed across different entities. Responsbilities
AR - Responsible for the complete AR administration - Manage and investigate outstanding invoices, make follow up agreements with clients and carefully monitor progress
AP - Ensure the accurate and timely processing of all purchase invoices - Maintain contact with suppliers and colleagues regarding payments and agreements
General - Process bank transactions and payment provider payments, ensuring an accurate and up to date administration - Identify errors, ambiguities or areas for improvement and address them within the finance team - Prepare for the month-end closing and check suspense accounts We offer

- Recent experience within a similar role - English language is on professional level - Hands-on mentality - Experience with Exact Online - Experience with Quickbooks is a bonus
