To strengthen our team, we are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial In Vitro Tissue Culture Lab Manager to further develop and optimize our laboratory.
What will you do?
As Lab Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our in vitro tissue culture laboratory. You will ensure that production, quality, planning, and staffing are aligned to achieve optimal performance.
You will lead the laboratory team and serve as the primary point of contact for operational and organizational matters. In addition, you will play a key role in the continued professionalization and growth of the laboratory.
You bring: - Bachelor's degree level (HBO) or equivalent working and thinking level. - A degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Plant Sciences, Biomedical Laboratory Science (BML), or a related field. - Experience with plant tissue culture. - Previous leadership experience, or the ambition to grow into a managerial role. - Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to work. - A practical, hands-on mentality. - Excellent communication skills. - Good command of both Dutch and English.
