For a professional metalworking company in Almelo, we are looking for a turner/miller who enjoys working independently and knows their trade. The company specialises in metalworking and has a modern machinery park. Work is carried out on a wide variety of projects, where quality and precision are important.
For this role, we have a preference for someone with experience with Style machines. If you do not yet have experience with Style, but are technically strong, independent and keen to master these machines yourself? Then we certainly invite you to apply.

What are your duties?
As a turner/miller, you are responsible for independently carrying out various machining operations. Among other things, you will be involved in: - Operating and setting up CNC turning and milling machines; - Programming and customising programmes; - Manufacturing various metal parts; - Checking dimensions and quality; - Reading and interpreting technical drawings; - Carrying out interim and final checks; - Independently resolving minor faults and deviations; - Keeping your workspace tidy and organised.
You work on various products and assignments, meaning no two days are exactly alike.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with technical insight who likes to work independently. You recognise yourself in the following: - You have experience as a turner/milling machinist or in a similar technical role; - Experience with Style machines is a major advantage; - You can read technical drawings independently; - You have technical insight and work accurately; - You are quality-driven and have an eye for detail; - You can work independently, but also enjoy collaborating; - You are motivated to develop yourself further.
