Behind every store, every sale and every successful closing sits a financial administration that simply needs to be right.
At Just Brands , home of PME Legend, Cast Iron and Vanguard , our Finance team helps keep the business moving by making sure transactions are processed correctly, records are accurate and financial information is available when the business needs it.
As our Financial Administrator Retail , you'll play an important role in the day-to-day financial administration of our retail business. From invoices, bank transactions and store cash records to reconciliations and month-end closing: you make sure the details add up.

This is where you come in.
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller , you'll support the Finance team across financial administration, reporting and month-end processes.
You'll work closely with colleagues in Finance as well as our stores and other departments to keep financial processes running smoothly.
Your work covers the complete administrative flow: processing transactions, maintaining the general ledger, reconciling accounts, supporting month-end close and making sure financial records are accurate, complete and up to date. You don't just enter numbers.

KEEP THE FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION RUNNING - Process day-to-day financial transactions accurately and on time;
- Maintain and update the general ledger and ensure transactions are recorded correctly;
- Process invoices, expenses, expense claims, receipts and payments;
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation;
- Support the administration of store cash records and day-end closing processes ;
- Make sure financial documentation is stored correctly and in line with internal policies and applicable requirements.
