About the role
The purpose of this role is to manage and optimize customer relationships and order fulfillment within the European Customer Service team. Operating in a professional capacity, the successful candidate will drive customer satisfaction, coordinate cross-functional processes, and independently develop an assigned customer base to support overall business success.
Key Responsibilities
This position operates under a hybrid work arrangement. - Act as the primary point of contact for all business customer inquiries regarding label solutions. - Manage end-to-end order processing, pricing alignment, and delivery schedule coordination. - Collaborate actively with field sales, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth and seamless customer service. - Take independent responsibility for managing and developing your assigned customer base with a focus on success and goal-oriented growth. - Work cross-border with international teams to build strong, lasting relationships with customers in the Benelux region.
Qualifications
Required: - Commercial or technical training, a corresponding university degree, or an equivalent qualification. - Professional experience in B2B sales or corporate customer service, preferably within an international environment. - Mandatory fluency in both Dutch and English.
