We are looking for a technician to join the termination department of a technical production company in the Rotterdam area. The work involves assembling, soldering and finishing cable systems based on technical drawings. Job Description
As a Termination Technician, your primary task is the mechanical and electrical assembly of complex cable systems. You'll be responsible for:
• Terminating multi-core and armored cables according to technical drawings
• Soldering, crimping, and installing connectors and components
• Working with precision tools to perform accurate and clean finishing
• Testing and troubleshooting completed assemblies when necessary
• Collaborating with other departments (engineering, testing, QA) to ensure quality standards
This work requires patience, focus, and technical ability. Mistakes can be costly, so experience and responsibility are essential.
Candidate Profile

• Have experience in panel building, fine electrical assembly, or cable harnessing
