We are looking for a front desk clerk. You will receive a gross monthly salary starting at €2,380.
In addition, we offer: - A job requiring 32-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. - A gross hourly wage starting at €13.68 - Travel Expense Reimbursement. - Plenty of opportunities to take courses and training programs to further your professional development.
What are you going to do?
As a Front Desk Agent, you're the point of contact for our customers and drivers, and you always assist them in a friendly and service-oriented manner. Your responsibilities go beyond just communication: you'll receive maintenance and repair requests and carefully schedule them for the workshop. Once a vehicle arrives, you'll keep the customer updated on its progress. Is the job done? Then you'll handle the administrative follow-up and invoicing. You are the link between the workshop, the warehouse, and our customers-and you're only satisfied when our customers are, too.
