ROLE
As Power Platform Engineer you join the BPM & AI team and help design, build and industrialize AI-enabled business solutions across the organization. This is a hands-on engineering role, not a configuration role. You build production-grade solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Copilot Studio, and you make them work reliably inside a complex enterprise landscape.
You engineer Copilot agents end to end, from topics and actions to tools, connectors and orchestration, and you integrate them with APIs, Dataverse, Microsoft 365 and Azure services. Alongside that you build the reusable components, connectors and automation patterns that allow the wider organization to scale its use of the platform.
You work closely with business architects, solution architects, process analysts and AI engineers, translating business and process requirements into scalable technical solutions. You own your work across development, test and production environments, and you make sure everything you deliver meets enterprise architecture, security and governance standards.
