Product / Project Manager Lending (Junior/Senior)
Role purpose: Lead the delivery and evolution of lending products and projects, aligning business goals, customer needs, and regulatory requirements while ensuring predictable execution across teams. Core responsibilities - Own product and/or project delivery for lending initiatives from discovery to launch and continuous improvement. - Define scope, objectives, milestones, and success metrics; manage timelines, dependencies, and risks. - Translate business and customer needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., engineering, data, risk, compliance, operations, legal, sales). - Prioritize backlog and roadmap based on impact, feasibility, and regulatory constraints. - Monitor performance using KPIs (e.g., conversion, approval rate, portfolio quality, NPS) and drive optimization. - Ensure documentation, governance, and change management meet internal and external standards.
