Our customer is an independent wholesale broker with 150 employees operating from offices in Amsterdam, London, Frankfurt, and Zürich. Services are provided on a wide range of Financial Instruments including Interest Rates, Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange, Equity Derivatives and Renewable Energy Products.

The Interest Rates Desk consists of an international team of 40 highly experienced men and women which serves a unique mix of banking, corporate and government clients all over the world. The Interest Desk is active in the following products: - Interbank and Non-banking Deposits - Certificates of Deposits (CD) & Commercial Paper (CP) - Repurchase Agreements - Arbitrage - Foreign Exchange (mainly FX-Swaps) - Interest Rate Derivatives - Treasury Bills - Medium Term Notes & Structured Bonds - Private Placements & Structured Loans
Responsibilities
Because of continuous growth ambitions they are looking for a Deputy Head of the Money Market and Fixed Income desks with excellent leadership skills. Main focus in this role will be on the management tasks of all the individuals and (sub-)teams together. What can we do to perform better as an individual and as a team? Do you have a track record in developing teams? This could be your role.
