As Procurement Manager Store Equipment & Construction, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering the procurement strategy and supplier ecosystem that enable Action's continued international growth. Partnering with senior stakeholders globally, including teams within Real Estate, Legal, Finance, and Country Construction, you will ensure the organization has the right suppliers, services, and capabilities in place to support sustainable, scalable expansion.
Leveraging your excellent stakeholder management skills, you will identify business needs, align diverse interests, and drive consensus across functions. You will influence key decisions, establish clear governance, and bring structure to complex environments. Most importantly, you will develop innovative, future-ready, and scalable solutions that directly support Action's strategic growth ambitions.
