French-Speaking BDR / SDR, Amsterdam
Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands
Language: Fluent French + strong English
Salary: Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
As a BDR / SDR, you will be responsible for building pipeline across France, engaging with senior stakeholders and creating new opportunities for the Account Executive team.
You'll work closely with AEs and Marketing to identify target accounts, develop outbound strategies and turn conversations into qualified opportunities.
This role can suit two different backgrounds:
Big 4 / Audit professionals
If you are currently working in Audit, Assurance or Accounting within a Big 4 firm, you can move into this role without previous sales experience. Your understanding of audit and finance environments will be highly valuable when speaking with prospects and understanding their challenges.
Existing Sales professionals
If you don't have an audit background, you'll need existing experience in a BDR, SDR or sales role, ideally within B2B SaaS, FinTech, Accounting Technology or another relevant software environment.
Key Responsibilities - Own outbound pipeline generation across the French market. - Identify and research target accounts and key decision-makers. - Engage prospects through phone, email and LinkedIn. - Develop tailored outreach based on customer needs and business challenges. - Qualify opportunities and conduct initial discovery conversations. - Book qualified meetings for the Account Executive team. - Build strong relationships with prospects from initial contact through to handover. - Work closely with AEs and Marketing to develop and execute territory strategies. - Maintain accurate activity and pipelin...
