From coordinating shipments to ensuring smooth customs procedures, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality milk powders to customers around the world.
YOUR JOB WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Coordinating the whole export process from A to Z including: - Fine-tuning export documentation - Coordinating transports - Daily contact with our partners but also banks, authorities, customs, governmental institutions, inspection agencies, etcetera
OUR REQUIREMENTS WHAT DO WE ASK? - A pro-active attitude - you make things happen! - 24-38 hours a week - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Experience in international shipping, incoterms and customs procedure is a plus. - Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (other language is nice to have). - You enjoy teamwork and take ownership
