Assignment Description
In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of fit-out activities on site, working with contractors, subcontractors and other project stakeholders to ensure the works are executed efficiently and in accordance with the agreed project requirements. - Manage and coordinate the execution of fit-out works on site. - Coordinate contractors and subcontractors involved in interior construction, finishes, MEP and specialist installations. - Plan and coordinate fit-out activities in line with agreed project milestones and construction interfaces. - Review fit-out drawings, specifications, layouts and work plans and ensure that the works are executed accordingly. - Coordinate the installation of walls, ceilings, floors, doors, finishes and building services, where applicable to the project. - Manage interfaces between architectural, structural and MEP works, identifying and resolving clashes or coordination issues. - Monitor the quality and progress of fit-out works and follow up on required corrective actions. - Coordinate different trades and subcontractors to ensure efficient sequencing of the works and minimise delays or conflicts. - Identify construction issues and provide professional input and practical solutions. - Maintain effective communication with contractors, the project team and other relevant stakeholders. - Monitor progress, risks, interfaces and outstanding works and provide regular professional updates to the relevant project stakeholders.
