Sales Development Representative (m/f/d)
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a specialized, frontline sales professional focused on the early stages of the sales pipeline. The primary responsibility is to research, identify, and qualify prospects, and then schedule discovery meetings for our Senior Sales Managers. - Research and identify potential customers (prospects) through various channels - Conduct outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, and social platforms - Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria - Schedule meetings and demos for Sales Managers - Maintain accurate records in CRM systems - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies - Consistently meet or exceed activity targets (calls, emails, meetings booked) - Manage, Follow Up & Update Opportunity Pipeline in CRM. - Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends
