We are looking for a Construction Methods Engineer to support the development and implementation of efficient, safe and high-quality construction methodologies across major offshore and energy projects. The role is responsible for applying construction engineering expertise, developing project-specific methodologies and continuously improving construction standards, processes and best practices.
Functieomschrijving
- Develop and implement construction methodologies based on project requirements, materials, site conditions, construction sequences and schedules. - Optimise construction methods to improve efficiency, quality, safety and cost effectiveness . - Apply constructability principles throughout engineering and project execution. - Identify construction challenges and develop practical, technically sound solutions. - Provide technical expertise on construction techniques, methods and best practices to project and site teams. - Work closely with engineering, construction, commissioning and project teams to integrate construction requirements into project planning and execution. - Support the development and improvement of construction standards, procedures and guidelines. - Maintain records of construction methods, technical changes, outcomes and lessons learned . - Share lessons learned to improve future project execution and construction performance. - Participate in technical workshops, cross-project analysis, reporting and construction improvement initiatives. - Ensure methodologies comply with HSSE, quality, regulatory and process safety requirements . - Support construction data analysis, reporting and technical assessments. - Contribute to construction and commissioning planning where required.
