Do you want to use your expertise to guarantee the quality of complex manufacturing processes and drive continuous quality improvement?
In the role of Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for the complete quality system, audits, and compliance standards within a dynamic production environment. You will serve as the technical subject matter expert bridging the gap between production sites, contract manufacturers, and management. By establishing and analyzing data-driven quality measurements, you will prevent and resolve non-conformities directly within the process. Additionally, you will guide the transfer of complex technical manufacturing processes to satellite locations. This is a challenging position where your professional expertise directly contributes to the continuity and standardization of the entire production landscape. Functie-eisen - Extensive experience with quality systems (including GMP, EES, and ISO standards) within a manufacturing environment. - Proven knowledge in the fields of auditing, compliance assessments, and complaint management within production processes. - Experience in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting KPIs and contract manufacturer performance to management. - Expertise in the technology transfer and quality assurance of complex manufacturing processes to external or satellite sites.
