Job Summary
This role is primarily office-based at our headquarters in Doetinchem. However, for candidates located elsewhere in the Netherlands, we offer a hybrid working model with flexibility, while maintaining regular on-site collaboration.
Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer with close collaboration with international project teams across NSI.
Job Description:
Strategic Global Project Alignment & Governance -
Map multi-country project roadmaps to ensure global execution aligns with corporate goals. -
Standardize and optimize processes, methodologies, tracking tools, and reporting frameworks across international offices. -
Evaluate and optimize internal workflows to maintain high efficiency across cross-border portfolios.
Job requirements: -
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline. -
Minimum 8-10 years of senior project management experience. -
Minimum 5 years of experience directly leading cross-functional, remote, or international teams. -
PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional) required. Lean , Six Sigma Black Belt -
Proven international experience managing multi-million EUR budgets across at least two continents. -
Advanced proficiency in enterprise PM software (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and SharePoint portals. -
