Working in a modern production facility with a small international team, you will operate and monitor largely automated processes, perform quality checks, and help ensure efficient production.You will regularly work in a cleanroom environment where strict hygiene standards are essential to maintain product quality.

Your technical skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach will contribute to a safe and reliable operation within a 3-shift system.The facility offers a clean, professional workplace with modern equipment, automated production lines, and a strong focus on quality, safety, and teamwork. What You Will Do: - Preparation: collecting raw materials and production supplies, taking over tasks from the previous shift, and participating in the daily morning briefing. - Machine operation: setting up and operating various machines, including process mixers and packaging equipment in a cleanroom environment, where you'll wear a fully enclosed white cleanroom suit with a hairnet (no jewellery allowed). - Monitoring: supervising key production parameters to ensure quality and efficiency, and making minor adjustments when necessary. - Quality control: performing visual inspections, taking and submitting samples, and reporting deviations in a timely manner. - Lifting and moving: placing filled bags onto trolleys and moving these trolleys between rooms. - First-line maintenance: replacing small components using hand tools and resolving minor technical issues independently; larger malfunctions are reported to your supervisor. - Cleaning: maintaining equipment, machinery, and production areas according to hygiene and food safety standards, especially after each batch in the cleanroom. - Administration...
