The SHE & Process Safety Lead supports the implementation and continuous improvement of Safety,
Health, Environmental (SHE), and Process Safety Management activities at the Scheemda manufacturing
This position is intended for a developing SHE professional with strong leadership potential who can
act as deputy to the SHE & Process Safety Manager and provide operational support across the site.
The role combines hands-on operational SHE supports with leadership development and exposure to
strategic process safety activities. The SHE & Process Safety Lead will play a key role in driving safety
culture, supporting compliance activities, coordinating risk reduction initiatives, and strengthening
process safety awareness within the plant.
In the absence of the SHE & Process Safety Manager, the SHE & Process Safety Lead is expected to act as
the site SHE focal point and support operational continuity, escalation management, and regulatory
- Support the implementation and maintenance of site SHE and Process Safety - Management systems in alignment with legal, corporate, and ISO requirements. - Assist in ensuring compliance with occupational safety, environmental, and process safety
regulations and internal standards. - Participate in site inspections, audits, permit compliance activities, and regulatory follow
