You will act as a trusted advisor to senior technology leadership, balancing risk management with speed and innovation, and embedding security as a core capability across ING's technology landscape. The team You will be part of the Global CISO organization reporting directly to the Global Deputy CISO, acting as the primary cybersecurity partner to the CTO domain. In this role, you translate ING's global security strategy into actionable outcomes within technology and engineering.

Working closely with CIOs, architects, platform teams, and engineering leaders, you will drive secure-by-design principles across ING's global technology stack-ensuring security is embedded at every stage of design, build, and run. You operate at the intersection of technology, risk, and business-ensuring that cybersecurity enables innovation while safeguarding customer trust.
