Your role
As an Operator, you ensure the production process runs safely, efficiently and according to schedule. You monitor product quality and resolve technical issues whenever they arise.
Your responsibilities include: - Operating, setting up and adjusting production machines; - Monitoring the production process; - Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical or process-related issues; - Performing quality checks according to HACCP, GMP and BRC standards; - Following production schedules; - Contributing ideas for continuous improvement.
You will work in a 5-shift rotation: - 2 morning shifts; - 2 afternoon shifts; - 2 night shifts; - Followed by 4 consecutive days off.
