International Sales Manager

As our International Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of our international growth by transforming distributor relationships from transactional to truly strategic. This is not a role for quick wins, this is about building sustainable growth across markets. You build markets, not just close deals. You don’t see distributors as customers, but as partners.

You will be responsible for accelerating growth across our international markets by strengthening distributor partnerships and unlocking new commercial opportunities.

You:

Turn distributors into long-term strategic partners

Identify and develop new growth opportunities within existing markets

Build and execute Direct-to-Retail (DTR) strategies

Lead commercial conversations with (potential) major international retail accounts

Represent us at international trade shows and key industry events

Translate market insights into actionable commercial strategies





You report to the International Sales Director and work cross-functionally with Brand, Product and Operations.
