Operations and Service Agent

Tasks & Responsibilities You make sure that the all the operations are running smoothly. You are the first point of contact for suppliers and coordinate trucking services. Other responsibilities are: Spot rate negotiation Receive and process emails by the customer and its local warehouse supplier Manage shipments from quote to invoice. Acceptance of shipments at the warehouse Checking and ensuring paperwork is complete to required standards Request security screening service Liaising with both suppliers and overseas customers/AMI offices Prepare and send pre-alerts Ensuring the operation is always secure and all security regulations are adhered to Ensuring deadlines are met as specified

Are you eager to learn, flexible and do you have affinity with cargo operations? Perfect! Even better if you have some experience in this area of work but not a must.
