Your goal
As our Facility Coordinator, you help creating a professional, well-organized and pleasant working environment for our colleagues and visitors. Together with your direct colleagues, you make sure that our offices run smoothly and that practical facility matters are properly organized, followed up and completed.
In this role, your main focus will be on supporting our international offices outside the Netherlands. This requires travel to our international offices. You help ensuring that these offices are properly equipped, representative and aligned with Marktlink's standards. This often involves the setup of a complete new office. At the same time, close cooperation with the other Facility Coordinators and offices in the Netherlands is essential. Since your team members are based in Deventer, frequent travel between offices is required. You work together as one team, share information, align priorities and support each other where needed.
