As a Restaurant General Manager at KFC, you'll be the inspiring leader of your restaurant team. You oversee daily operations and are responsible for all aspects of the restaurant's activities, including food preparation, sales, inventory management, staff scheduling, and finances. You guide and motivate your team (around 50-100 employees), create a positive team atmosphere, and ensure an exceptional experience for our guests. In this role, you'll have the autonomy to run your restaurant as if it were your own business, with a focus on driving improvements across four key areas: People, Guests, Sales, and Profit. Your responsibilities include: -
Managing the restaurant's performance -

Equivalent to MBO+/HBO level education and proven experience in leading and developing a diverse team with strong communication skills; knowledge of HR disciplinary and grievance procedures is a plus -
Retail or hospitality management experience, with a track record of enhancing the customer experience -
Proven ability to grow sales and sound commercial judgment in making business decisions -
