At Stryker, we are looking for a talented, highly motivated sales leader who will be responsible for driving our Joint Replacement business in The Netherlands.
Our Joint Replacement portfolio offers the combination of market-leading implants for the hip and knee along with our innovative Mako Robotics: Mako enables surgeons to have a more predictable surgical experience and shorter recovery times for patients compared to manual hip/knee procedures. Reporting to the Senior Business Unit Director of Joint Replacement Northern Europe, you will be part of a high caliber, achievement-driven sales team who shares a strong belief in helping our customers to improve patient care through the use of our products. You will lead your team with full accountability for sales performance, turnover and cost control, ensuring excellent customer service while driving the acquisition of new customers.

What you will do: -
In your new role, you will start with a familiarization phase to learn about our portfolio and build relationships with internal/external stakeholders. -
Lead, develop and inspire a sales team of approximately 8 direct reports: you will coach/develop your team to achieve their full potential and promote an environment that fosters engagement and individual growth.
