What are you going to do?
As a Front Office Specialist you are the pivot of the organization. You help European flex workers find suitable work and support them during their employment with Sun-Power. You are involved in recruitment, selection, matching and the personal guidance of flex workers. No two days are the same, one moment you are involved in an intake interview and the other moment you are dealing with a situation at the workplace of your temporary worker.

Sun-Power is an informal temporary employment agency for flexible and permanent staff from all over Europe. We have extensive knowledge and experience in the agricultural and agricultural-related sector. Content of your job What tasks do you perform?
- Recruit, screen and speak with suitable candidates; - Match the right candidates and flex workers with available vacancies; - Maintain contact with candidates and flex workers and colleagues; - Process the necessary information and documents accurately in our systems; - Inform, advise and support flex workers regarding work and practical matters; - Help solve questions or problems and ensure a professional, personal service; - Contribute ideas for recruitment campaigns and improvements within the Front Office.
