HR Business Partner

You operate at both a tactical and operational level and know how to translate HR policy into concrete results on the work floor. You play a key role between management and employees and contribute to a professional and future-proof HR organisation. As an HR Business Partner, you are responsible for the entire HR domain within our organisation.
What will you do?
- Ensure the correct application of legislation, the collective labour agreement (CAO) and employment conditions; - Manage absence processes in accordance with the Dutch Gatekeeper Improvement Act (Wet Verbetering Poortwachter) and support the occupational health policy; - Be responsible for accurate and up-to-date personnel administration, including payroll, leave and time registration; - Act as the first point of contact for HR-related matters within the organisation and advise management and employees at both operational and tactical levels; - Support managers with workforce planning, performance and appraisal interviews, and employee development; - Develop, implement and monitor HR policies; - Coordinate the recruitment and selection process and maintain contacts with temporary employment agencies and other external partners; - Participate in regular meetings with management and actively contribute to organisational development; - Monitor processes, deadlines and KPIs and make proposals to further professionalise HR; - Maintain contacts with external stakeholders such as the UWV, the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration, the occupational health service, the industry association and insurance companies.
