As a OSC Bulgarian Coordinator , you act as the link between temporary employees and the organization. You specifically support Bulgarian-speaking employees by ensuring clear communication and assisting them with work-related, housing, and administrative matters.
This role combines operational OSC tasks with coordination responsibilities and field support (including municipalities).
What will you do?
In addition to standard OSC responsibilities, your role includes:
Employee support: - Act as the main point of contact for Bulgarian-speaking employees - Handle questions related to planning, transportation, work, and accommodation - Support employees in complex situations, especially where language barriers exist - Visit work locations when needed to support communication on-site
BSN coordination: - Coordinate BSN appointments in cooperation with relevant departments - Communicate weekly planning with municipalities - Be physically present at municipalities on scheduled days - Monitor the full BSN process and ensure correct execution - Update data in internal systems and prepare reports and documentation
Administration & processes: - Register employee requests and ensure accurate follow-up - Work closely with OnSite, Operations, and other departments - Ensure employees are correctly planned in the appropriate municipalities
Operational (OSC) tasks: - Handle incoming calls from employees - Perform standard OSC duties - Combine office-based work with coordination responsibilities
What does your work week look like? - Approximately 3 days per week working on-site (municipalities and employee support) - Approximately 2 days per week working from the office as part of the OSC team - Flexible working hours, including shifts and weekends - A dynamic role with a mix of office and field work
