Step into a hands-on TIG welding role where precision, craftsmanship, and technical insight come together every day. You work on stainless steel pipe materials and constructions that must meet strict European and American standards, making your work visible in every detail.
In this role, you will: - Weld and form stainless steel pipe materials with a strong focus on quality and accuracy. - Read technical and 3D drawings and translate them into reliable, well-aligned constructions. - Assemble, tack weld, and support pipe and box structures independently. - Check tolerances carefully and keep your work within tight specifications, often up to 1 mm. - Work closely with a team of 8 colleagues and contribute ideas for process improvements while meeting deadlines.
You mostly work day shifts, with occasional overtime when the work demands a steady hand and a results-driven mindset. Functie-eisen
You are a TIG welder who takes pride in delivering clean, safe, and accurate work. With 1 to 3 years of experience in metal work, you know how to keep your focus under pressure and complete each task with care and consistency.
We ask you to bring: - EN 287 TIG RVS welding certification at level 3/4, or level 2 with relevant experience. - Experience with stainless steel pipes, forming, welding, and related components. - Ability to read 3D drawings and work within tight tolerances. - Basic skills in simple turning and milling, including pipe customization. - Good command of Dutch, English, or German at B1 level, plus a valid VCA1 certificate.
