To support our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Senior Systems Engineer who enjoys taking ownership of complex multidisciplinary development projects and thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
Your Challenge
You will lead the development project of advanced electric compressor systems-from concept through certification and production readiness.
Working closely with the General Manager, VP Product Development, Director Operations and multidisciplinary engineering teams, you will translate innovative ideas into certified aerospace products.
One of your first assignments will be leading the prestigious Te PS programme , part of the Dutch National Growth Fund initiative Aviation in Transition , where Aeronamic leads an international consortium developing technologies for tomorrow's aircraft.
This is a highly visible role with significant technical and strategic influence.

Lead multidisciplinary product development programmes
Own systems engineering activities from requirements through validation
Coordinate mechanical, electrical, software and manufacturing disciplines
