YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Working in Customer Squads, you will be part of a dynamic operations environment supporting both internal stakeholders and direct customers across Europe. You will act as a key link between departments such as Field Service, Inside Sales, Logistics, Warehousing & Transportation, Accounting, Supply Chain and Customer Service, ensuring high service quality, compliance, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
You will handle service and order-related queries, provide updates on order and delivery status, support SAP and global process questions, and ensure timely, accurate communication to both internal and external customers.
As a Customer & Back Office Support Specialist, you will become a subject matter expert in service and order management processes.
