Management owns and approves this policy. The policy is reviewed annually and updated where necessary. Daily coordination is the responsibility of the sustainability/compliance coordinator. Purchasing ensures compliance through contracts, orders and manufacturer assessments.
Violations may lead to disciplinary measures and, where applicable, termination of cooperation. Cooperation between Kessels B.V. and its manufacturers is based on mutual respect and clear communication. Risks relating to human rights, the environment and integrity are reviewed annually and adjusted where necessary. If significant changes occur or new risks are identified, additional assessments will be carried out. Communication will be transparent and clear.

At Kessels B.V., and at our manufacturers and agents, we do not tolerate child labour, forced labour, human trafficking, discrimination or inhumane treatment.
We expect everyone to: - Ensure freely chosen employment (no deposits, confiscation of identity documents or forced labour) - Respect freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining - Exclude child labour in line with ILO Conventions 138 and 182; young workers receive additional protection - Provide equal opportunities and equal pay without discrimination - Guarantee a safe and healthy workplace, including training, personal protective equipment (PPE) and suitable accommodation - Pay special attention to vulnerable groups such as women, young workers, migrants and minorities - Follow legal and international standards regarding working hours - Limit overtime and ensure it is voluntary and fairly compensated - Pay wages in accordance with legal requirements or industry...
