The Team
The Menswear Outerwear team is part of a leading international fashion company and is based at its European headquarters in Amsterdam. The team is responsible for developing commercial and consumer-focused outerwear collections for the European and international markets.
Working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, the team collaborates closely with Design, Product Development, Sourcing, Sales, Marketing, Buying and Planning. Together, they combine creativity, market insights and commercial awareness to develop premium products that reflect the brand’s identity and meet the needs of its consumers.
The Position
As Merchandiser Menswear Outerwear, you will be responsible for developing the category strategy and building commercially strong assortments across multiple channels. You will use consumer, market and business insights to identify opportunities, analyse performance and help define future product direction.
Working closely with key stakeholders across the organisation, you will contribute to seasonal collections that support growth, profitability and overall brand objectives.
We are looking for someone who is analytical, proactive and well organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple seasons and projects in a fast-paced environment. A genuine interest in menswear and outerwear is essential.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

- At least 5 years of experience in Merchandising or Buying, preferably within Menswear Outerwear;

- A strong commercial mindset
