This is not a traditional customer marketing role. You'll build scalable growth systems across the customer lifecycle using automation, experimentation, AI-assisted content creation, and data-driven insights. You'll work at the intersection of Growth, Customer Success, Product, and Operations to increase product adoption, expansion, and customer value - while reducing manual effort through smart enablement and AI-powered workflows. As our Growth Marketeer (Customer Base), you own how Sendcloud's 35,000+ existing customers adopt, expand, and grow with us - designing the lifecycle systems, AI-assisted programs, and enablement assets that power scalable customer growth. -
Reporting to the VP Marketing / CMO, you sit at the intersection of Growth, Customer Success, Product, and Operations. -
Your mission is to drive product adoption, expansion, and customer value at scale by building lifecycle journeys, automated programs, and AI-powered workflows. -
