POSITION
The Rebyl offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and service-oriented Night Receptionist. During the night shift, you will be the face of the hotel, ensuring our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining the smooth operation and security of the property.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Night Receptionist, your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming late-arriving guests and handling check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally.

Managing guest inquiries, requests, and reservations during the night shift.

Performing night audit procedures and ensuring the accuracy of daily financial and operational reports.

Monitoring the safety and security of guests, team members, and the hotel premises.

Handling phone calls, emails, and administrative tasks in a timely manner.

Setting up the front office for a seamless handover to the morning team.
