You are responsible for the day-to-day operations of our front and back offices . You oversee quality, manage the team, and ensure that all processes related to our guests' arrival, stay, and departure run smoothly and professionally. - Experience in a managerial role within the front office, preferably in the high-end segment of the hospitality industry - Day-to-day management of the small, dedicated reception team with a hands-on approach - C reating a personal and guest-oriented atmosphere from the very first interaction - A nticipate guests' wishes and effortlessly exceed their expectations - H andling special requests and complaints with care and discretion - Contributing ideas to and improving the guest experience and work processes - A natural sense of hospitality and an eye for detail - C lose collaboration with other departments to ensure a seamless experience - Experience with the MEWS reservation syst em and/or IT is a plus - Een leidinggevende functie binnen een gerenommeerd Landhuis hotel met internationale reputatie - Plenty of room for personal initiative and growth - Opportunities for advancement to a position on our management team or staff team - Generous discounts and perks on reservations at QL Hotels & Alliance Gastronomique - Estimated salary: €2,900 - €3,600 gross per month, depending on experience.
