Our recruitment process typically consists of the following steps: - Job shadowing session
Spend time observing two or three consultations with one of our occupational health physicians at our Amsterdam or Eindhoven office. This is a great opportunity to experience our way of working, meet your future colleagues and get a feel for our culture. - First interview
Following the job-shadowing session, you meet two members of the De Nieuwe Arts team for an introductory conversation, where we get to know each other better. - Second interview
If we are both enthusiastic after the first meeting, we will invite you for a second interview to discuss the role in more depth. - Reference check
If the second interview is successful, we will ask you to provide two professional references. Once we have spoken with your referees, we move on to the final step. - Employment offer
