Join our Training & Learning Development team in Leiden! You will work alongside eight experts to revolutionize onboarding, upskilling programs, and the strategic development of our trainers.

who you are
We are looking for someone who is autonomous and open to ask for help when needed. An independent thinker, and not afraid to challenge the status quo to find efficiencies. Continuous innovation of the work processes and working environment. Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Able to work independently as well as part of a team. - You are a HBO/WO Bachelor or Master in: Educational Sciences, Learning and Development, Educational Psychology or Instructional Design; - You are available for the minimum of 6 months; - You can speak English; - You can start as soon as possible; - You are available for 32 to 40 hours per week.
