What will you do?
As a Commercial Administrative Assistant, you will support our commercial inside sales department. You will work closely with colleagues from our technical commercial department, production, and logistics. No two days are the same: you will constantly switch between administration, customer contact, and internal coordination. You are truly the linchpin of the department and an administrative jack-of-all-trades.
Your tasks will include, among others:
- Entering and processing orders in our ERP system - Contacting customers regarding deliveries and administrative questions - Processing emails, correspondence, and follow-up actions - Assisting with quotations, sales, and transport issues - Various other administrative tasks that may arise
