Campaign Manager/Procurement Specialist for Communications Services

What will you do? - Duties and responsibilities - Preparing and overseeing the European tender for communications services; - Contracting and bringing on board permanent communication partners; - Coordinate collaboration with selected agencies and suppliers; - Initiating, developing, producing, and launching the Rotterdam regional campaign; - Developing and implementing the media plan and creating related communication materials; - Monitor campaign results and, based on those results, provide recommendations for adjustments; - Extending the Rotterdam regional campaign to the other regions within ZHB; - Monitoring and ensuring consistency in the corporate identity, communication tools, and standardized procedures within the organization; - Setting up and standardizing data analysis reports for (online) campaigns; - Translating campaign results into concrete insights and improvement actions; - Integrate relevant campaign data and KPIs into the existing ZHB dashboard.
